The website may collect the following information when you submit a form, contact Gourav or begin a project:

  • Contact details: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and city.
  • Business and project details: business type, requested service, selected package, budget, message and other information you choose to provide.
  • Enquiry source: the page and form used, referrer, campaign parameters such as UTM tags, and a Google click identifier (gclid) when present in the page URL.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser or device user-agent and basic security records created when a form is submitted.
  • Correspondence and service records: messages, proposals, approvals, invoices and project communications if you continue with a service.

Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identity documents, health information or other sensitive personal information through a public enquiry form.

3. How the information is used

Information is used only where reasonably necessary to:

  • reply to your enquiry and understand what you want to build;
  • recommend a service, prepare an estimate or proposal and arrange a call;
  • deliver, support and administer an agreed project;
  • measure which landing pages or advertising campaigns generate genuine enquiries;
  • protect the website and forms from spam, fraud and misuse; and
  • maintain business, tax, accounting and legal records.

Submitting a form means you are asking Gourav to contact you about that enquiry and consenting to the processing needed for that purpose. You may withdraw that consent for future contact at any time.

4. Cookies, browser storage and advertising measurement

The website uses local browser storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. Lead forms may read campaign information already present in the page URL and save it with your enquiry. The website does not currently intentionally place non-essential advertising cookies.

If cookie-based analytics or advertising measurement is enabled in the future, this policy and the website’s consent controls will be updated where required before those non-essential technologies are used.

5. Sharing and service providers

Personal information is not sold or rented. It may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

  • website hosting, database, email, communication and security providers that help operate the service;

  • project collaborators, but only where you have been informed and the project requires it; or

Unsuccessful or inactive enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months so previous conversations can be understood and campaign quality can be measured. They may be deleted sooner on request. Client, payment, tax and contractual records may be kept longer where required for an active relationship, dispute or legal obligation.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect stored information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal information associated with you. You may also withdraw consent for future marketing or follow-up communication and raise a privacy grievance.

8. Children, external links and changes

The website and its professional services are not directed to people under 18. Please do not submit information about a child through the enquiry forms.

Links to external services—such as Fiverr, social networks, app stores or payment and hosting providers—are governed by their own privacy policies.

This policy may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version and effective date will remain available on this page.

9. Applicable privacy framework

This policy is intended to provide a clear notice consistent with applicable Indian privacy requirements, including the phased implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules. It does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
